Deliveries will usually occur between 8am and 6pm on weekdays only.

You should receive an ETA on delivery day via email or text with a 2 hour delivery window, but we cannot guarantee this.  The ETA can change, due to traffic, previous deliveries, etc..

IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT YOU ARE CONTACTABLE ON THE NUMBERS PROVIDED ON DELIVERY DAY, PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ANSWER CALLS FROM UNKNOWN NUMBERS TO AVOID A FAILED DELIVERY.  FAILED OR REFUSED DELIVERIES AND SUBSEQUENT RE-DELIVERY IS CHARGED by the delivery network AT FULL RATE.

Priority delivery excludes weekends and some parts of the country (including most areas of Northern Scotland).

REPEAT SMALL LORRY ORDER

  • I confirm that I have chosen to take delivery on a Small Lorry.


  • ​Drivers are contracted to deliver to kerbside.  This means they will deliver as close as it is safe to do so and will only enter the property at the driver's discretion.

​

  • Delivery charges are for each pallet ordered, not per delivery.  Multiple pallets can be delivered together.


  • A MAXIMUM OF 25 SQUARE METRES PER PALLET.

​

  • REFUSED AND FAILED DELIVERIES ARE CHARGEABLE AT FULL RATE.
