SHARED PALLETS
SHARED PALLET ORDER AND DELIVERY INFORMATION

PLEASE READ ALL INFORMATION AND THEN PLACE YOUR ORDER USING THE FORM BELOW

EACH INDIVIDUAL SHARER MUST COMPLETE AN ORDER FORM AND INCLUDE THE QUANTITY OF SLABS THEY ARE PAYING FOR SO THAT A PRO FORMA INVOICE CAN BE RAISED AND SENT OUT FOR PAYMENT
THE SHARED ORDER WILL NOT BE PROCESSED UNTIL ALL SHARERS HAVE COMPLETED THEIR FORM

We shall then follow up with an emailed invoice with payment details for each party. Each party must fill in the delivery information in FULL so that we can ensure a smooth delivery for you as it allows us to troubleshoot ahead of time. Our aim is to make it as easy as possible for everyone. We rely on our customers to give us accurate information so we can make the delivery as easy as possible.

YOU ARE REMINDED THAT SHARED PALLETS ARE DELIVERED TO ONE ADDRESS ONLY - YOU MUST ORGANISE ANY ONWARD TRAVEL YOURSELVES.
Deliveries can be at any time of the day, you will receive notification of your delivery slot on the morning of the delivery..

PLEASE BEAR IN MIND THAT THE DELIVERY DRIVERS ARE ONLY CONTRACTED & INSURED TO DELIVER TO KERBSIDE. IT IS ENTIRELY AT THE DRIVER'S DISCRETION WHETHER THEY DRIVE ONTO THE DELIVERY PROPERTY OR NOT. MANY ARE NOT INSURED TO DO SO. WE CANNOT GUARANTEE DELIVERY BEYOND KERBSIDE.
As soon as we receive your payment (by bank transfer, full details will be on the Invoice, or by debit or credit card over the phone) we will send a VAT invoice and be in touch for you to choose a delivery day.
WHAT HAPPENS ON DELIVERY DAY?
You should receive an email with a two hour delivery window as a guideline, on the delivery day you have chosen. These emails aren’t sent out until your order is loaded onto the delivery lorry, so if you don’t get it in the morning, your delivery will be on the lorry’s second or third run of the day.

We always request that the drivers should call ahead of delivery, and if they don’t then they have to wait for you if necessary.
